Sintered Wire Mesh
Material: SUS304(AISI304), SUS316(AISI316), SUS316L(AISI316L)
Special Alloy Steel Hastelloy, Monel, Inconel are acceptable base on customer's requirement.
Size: 500×1000mm, 600×1200mm, 1000×1000mm, 1200×1200mm, and other sizes in these ranges are also available.
Type:
1)standard combination of 5-layer sintered wire mesh
2)sintered together by many layers of plain-woven square mesh
3)sintered by punching plate and multi-layer stainless steel wire mesh.
4)overlapped and stacked up by 2 or 3 layers of plain and dutch woven wire mesh with equal hole size after vacuum sintering, pressurizing and rolling.
Characterictics: unparalleled performance, stable filter rating, high mechanical strength, easy to clean, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, tractability, etc.
Application: purification and filtration of liquid and gas, separation and recovery of solid particle, transpiration cooling under extremity high temperature, control air flow distribution, enhancement of heat and mass transfer, noise reduction, current limitation, and wildly used in aerospace, petrochemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, environmental protection industry etc.

Note: Add one layer of 12mesh weaving wire mesh on basis of 5-layer sintered wire mesh to become 6-layer sintered wire mesh, thickness will be 3.5mm, and it will get good pressure durability.
